Vardão Central

checking The system of the store where I work, in daily use

The system of Vardão Máquinas, an authorized Husqvarna dealer in Limeira, for the counter, sales, finance and inventory.

The problem

To answer "which part is it and how much", the counter opened a PDF catalog, a price spreadsheet and an old ERP. A wrong code becomes a return, and finance lived in another system.

How I prove it

  • I migrated the old ERP with the numbers checked to the cent: 1,107 automatic comparisons, no difference above 1 cent.
  • Over 2,000 automated tests and 70 end-to-end browser tests.

What I built

  • Counter: search by code, part or model, exploded view and quotes by PDF and WhatsApp, never guessing a code.
  • Sales: a CRM with a deal board, customer ranking, cross-selling and reactivation.
  • Finance: income statement, cash flow, working capital and ABC analysis.
  • Inventory: special parts orders, with the deposit paid by the customer.

Public company website, in production

The institutional website of Vardão Máquinas, an authorized Husqvarna dealer and service center in Limeira, built so customers find us on Google and move the conversation to a salesperson. While Vardão Central runs the operation from the inside, the website brings in and serves customers.

  • Complete design and development: the company (About), the service workshop, the product lines, customer reviews and a contact option on every page.
  • About 200 pages generated from data, with search, 37 articles that help customers choose and a WhatsApp button that already carries the context.
  • Sitemap, structured data for search, a news feed and a cookie notice that lets visitors decline without losing anything.

Connects small producers in Limeira with consumers, with store sign-up and a map.

How I work

  1. 01

    I understand the problem before the code

    Nine years serving customers at the counter taught me to ask what the person needs to solve. Vardão Central came from that question.

  2. 02

    I prove it works

    Automated tests, CI on every change and checked numbers. In the ERP migration, 1,107 automatic comparisons showed no difference above 1 cent.

  3. 03

    I ship it and document it

    All five projects are published. The open-source ones have READMEs with how to run them, technical decisions and next steps; Vardão Central, which is private, has a case study.
